We loved the live music on Sunday morning and the friendly staff who even walked us inside with an umbrella in the rain. The hotel was clean and comfortable with modern plumbing. It's well-located in the city center and has a rooftop terrace for smokers.
Hard to think of anything.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and I loved the fact that the bathroom had recently been redone, ensuring a great shower experience. We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Hotel Cielo Y Selva. The comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep, and the staff, especially Geraldo, were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to one of the main streets of San Cristobal. Despite the minor inconveniences of a hard bed and a smelly room, the overall experience was positive. We would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and friendly service. a great stay!

The hotel is conveniently located near the main streets of the city center. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and come with hot showers. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with recommendations for sightseeing and dining. Plus, the common areas are cozy and the breakfast is included in the price.
There is only one electrical outlet in the room, which may not be close to the bed.

This budget hotel is conveniently located near the main pedestrian street and the Zocalo, with plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with recent renovations, and the bathrooms, although tiny, are functional and have hot water. The owner is onsite and friendly, and the internet is fast and reliable.
The hotel lacks natural light, and the windows only lead to a central courtyard, which may make some guests feel claustrophobic. The breakfast is rather basic, so guests may prefer to eat out.

This budget hotel is conveniently located one block away from the main pedestrian street and a few blocks east of the Zocalo. The central courtyard and rooms were clean and comfortable, with fast and reliable internet. The staff was attentive and helpful - the owner was always present on-site.
The bathrooms were small, very basic and sometimes posed a challenge to maneuver. There was a lack of natural light in the rooms, an issue that becomes clear as soon as you enter the room.
